It is a combination of three drugs- Serratiopeptidase (Proteolytic enzyme), Nimesulide (Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug) and Paracetamol (Analgesic/Antipyretic). It is used to treat pain. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAIDs). Paracetamolis an antipyretic used to relieve mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever. Serratiopeptidase is an anti-inflammatory agent.

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down the abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation. Nimesulide and Paracetamol block the chemical messengers in the brain which are responsible for pain.
Absorption: After oral administration, it is completely and rapidly absorbed.
Distribution: It is distributed throughout the body fluids in a homogeneous way.
Metabolism: Nimesulide is hepatically metabolized. The onset of action of Nimesulide, Paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase is 30-60 minutes.
Excreation: Metabolites are excreted through the kidneys in the urine .

It is advised to take this drug with food to prevent stomach upset.
Do not take this drug for longer durations as it may cause liver or kidney damage.
Do not consume alcohol while taking this drug as it may cause liver damage.
This product can cause mild drowsiness and sleepiness so be cautious while driving and engaging in activities which require mental and physical coordination.
